| IL6R（白细胞介素-6受体）是IL-6特异性结合的α亚基，以膜结合型和可溶性（sIL6R）两种形式存在。它本身以低亲和力结合IL-6，需与信号转导亚基gp130结合才能形成高亲和力功能性受体，激活JAK-STAT和MAPK通路。膜结合型IL6R主要介导抗炎和组织再生信号，而sIL6R顺利获得“反式信号”通路驱动促炎效应，在类风湿关节炎、炎症性肠病和肿瘤中发挥关键作用。 | |
